More importantly, congratulations!! You are in your final week.
For this week. Take items on your lists from week 6 that didn’t get fully checked off and write them down.
✅🗒️Ask your future self for her feedback on those items and write that down.
If the feedback includes action you need to take – do that this week.
Use the other feedback as an anchor as you move forward in this new found hope.
✅🗒️Assess any habit that you wish felt a bit more solidified and write down some new OR repeat goals for those habits so that you can keep working on those.
✅🗒️Make yourself a goal to do the same type of rhythm for the next month and set a touch base up with yourself in 4 weeks from now to see how it went.
