Habit Hack – Swap one, less desirable habit, with a similar but more desirable habit you feel good about. As an example – lets say you have a drink at the end of each day and you would like to start cutting down. Instead of having an alcoholic drink come up with a drink you feel good about and instead of the cocktail drink that. Maybe do this a few days a week and over time you will find it naturally moves to more days than not.
