✅For your activity this week do or plan something that feels a little extra to celebrate your progress. Seriously, do something that fully feels like a treat. You are worth it!
✅Journal prompt – Let’s spend this week reflecting on the last 6 weeks
🗒️Whate are your most proud of about how you prioritized discovering you the last month?
🗒️What were you most surprised about? Why? What does that discovery mean to you?
🗒️ What was the most difficult part? How did you overcome that? How can you use that to help when you come up against similar things in the future?
🗒️Imagine your future self, what do they say about the last 6 weeks?
🗒️List all of the qualities that had to be present in you in order for you to do this. Reflect on those and realize – that is who you ARE! Don’t hold back – lost both the things needed to accept this challenge AND those things needed to actually pull off the challenges.
Big change often happens with consistent little steps so we will continue with activities. Hopefully by now it feels a little more doable since you’ve proven you can do it.
✅How will you adjust your activities? Will you do the same ones? Maybe consider how you can expand yourself by pushing it a bit further. Make this part your own by being creative in how you go about ensuring your future weeks have something you look forward to built in. Write it down.
