Week 3 Prompt

First things first! Go into the week prepared to pull off your activity as journaled in week one or two. 

✅Note as you do it what it feels like and why. How has it felt doing something you can lose yourself in the last two weeks? What has surprised you? Do you have any ideas as to how you make this less about a challenge and more about how you do regular life? Share with a friend. 

✅Once a day for the next 3 weeks spend a few minutes (literally just a few) each morning BEFORE you start your day visualizing your future self. You could imagine a future self that is ten years down the road or 2 minutes away. Whatever feels right when you are doing it. 

✅What does he/she wear? How do they talk to others? What job do they do? How do they feel about life? What type of an environment do they live in? How do they feel about themselves etc etc etc. 

Now, realize that person is you. Not someone you created in your mind but a version of you that you have inside. Think about something you likely will do or face that day and imagine that person and how they might handle it. Again, that person is you and is closer in reach than you realize. 

Journal about it briefly and share with a friend toward the end of the week. We will build on this.
