REMINDER: Week 1 you set goals for week 2-5. Set yourself up for success.
- Be realistic about the goal, and make space for it to happen.
- Block your calendar, schedule with another person, etc.
- If the activity you want to focus on is not possible in the next 4 weeks, set goals to plan for when you will do it. Start researching the trip. Book the flight. Contact the friend. Etc.
- If the activity is constrained by circumstantial realities (weather, geography, etc) find ways to work around that or ways to take steps toward that. Be creative. Any step forward is progress. Just create milestones that keep you moving forward. Read the book about it. Set aside an hour to dream about it. Make a mood board. You get the point.
